Service Description
An art embracing the mind, body and spirit – Originating in ancient China, Tai Chi is one of the most effective exercises for health of mind and body. The Tai Chi style taught in this class is the Yang style, which is possibly the most well known style. It's focus is on the 24 forms set, plus an introduction to the 48 forms set. To enrol in this class the student is required to have completed a minimum of approximately 144 hours of previous Tai Chi training.
