Service Description
An art embracing the mind, body and spirit – Originating in ancient China, Tai Chi is one of the most effective exercises for health of mind and body. Although an art with great depth of knowledge and skill, it can be easy to learn and soon delivers its health benefits. The Tai Chi style taught in this class is the Yang style , which is possibly the most well known style. The Beginners 2 class is suitable for people who have some experience in practicing Tai Chi. Its focus is on the 12 forms set, plus an introduction to the 16 forms set. To enrol in this class the student is required to have completed at least 24 to 48 hours of previous Tai Chi training.
